Wunder-Käse Soup
Rich beer cheese soup kept warm behind the bar and served with soft pretzel bites — our answer to Indiana's food-service requirement, done well.
1515 Wells Street · Fort Wayne, Indiana
A neighborhood brewery on Wells Street — between the rivers, the TinCaps, the Komets, and Fort Wayne FC. Two brewers, clean honest lagers, and a taproom built for easy conversation. Doors open this September at 1515 Wells Street. Follow along as we finish the build-out and get ready to pour.

Copper Brewing Tanks
Condensation-Beaded Glassware
Once a historic meatpacking facility, 1515 Wells Street has been reimagined as a neighborhood brewery. We've preserved the building's original brick and steel bones to create a simple, welcoming taproom — a few blocks from Parkview Field, the Memorial Coliseum, and the heart of downtown. Run by just two brewers, our focus is entirely on the craft—pouring clean, honest lagers and keeping the conversation easy.

Indiana Code Title 7.1 · House Menu & Local Partnerships
Under Indiana Code Title 7.1, we maintain a small house menu featuring a rich Beer Cheese Soup and hot smoked brats. However, we highly encourage our guests to support the legendary restaurants sharing the Wells Street Corridor with us. Order delivery directly to your stool from neighbors like Klemm's Kafe, Don Chava's, or the Original Big Eyed Fish.

Hot smoked brats from a local producer, served simply on a bun with mustard. Honest, hearty, and always ready when you need a pint partner.
Cold brew coffee, ginger beer, and local organic milk — on the menu because the law asks, available because we like good neighbors.
The Wells Street Corridor is home to some of Fort Wayne's most beloved kitchens. Pull up a stool, order in, and eat local while we keep the lagers flowing.

Community Nights · TinCaps, Komets & Fort Wayne FC
Bring your favorite board games or pull one from our curated house shelf of indie strategy games. A mid-week staple for those who appreciate good strategy, quiet competition, and fresh lager.
When our hometown teams are on — TinCaps baseball at Parkview Field, Komets hockey at the Coliseum, or Fort Wayne FC at Lutheran Health Field — we tune in at the taproom. Away-day radio feeds, home-game screens, Steins raised for Fort Wayne.
A night dedicated to analog sound and local collectors. Bring your favorite vinyl records, sign up on our clipboard at the bar, and let us play a side of your album over the house speakers while you enjoy a fresh pour.
We're brewers, not chefs. Every Friday and Saturday night, we share our industrial courtyard with Fort Wayne's best local food trucks to bring you a rotating lineup of great street food paired with our lagers.
TinCaps · Komets · Fort Wayne FC · Our City
Wunderwerks sits on Wells Street in the middle of Fort Wayne's downtown corridor — a short walk from Parkview Field, the Memorial Coliseum, and the rivers that give the city its name. We built this taproom for neighbors who love where they live.
Baseball · Parkview Field
When the Caps are on the road, we pipe the broadcast into the taproom — baseball, Steins, and Wells Street on a Thursday.
Hockey · Allen County War Memorial Coliseum
Komets nights mean hockey on the screens, cold lagers, and the kind of loud, loyal crowd the Coliseum is famous for — without leaving downtown.
Soccer · Lutheran Health Field
We cheer on Fort Wayne FC with match-day pours and a taproom full of supporters — local soccer, local beer, same city pride.
Rivergreenway
Twenty-five miles of trails along the St. Marys, St. Joseph, and Maumee — perfect for a pre-pint walk from downtown.
Three Rivers Festival
Fort Wayne's signature summer block party. We're a short walk from the action when the city comes out to celebrate.
Arts Campus Fort Wayne
The Embassy Theatre, Arts United Center, and Hall Community Arts Center — culture and concerts at the heart of the city.
Headwaters Park
Ice skating in winter, festivals in summer, and one of the best gathering spots between the rivers and downtown.
Science Central
A Fort Wayne institution in the old City Light & Power plant — family-friendly, industrial bones, very Wells Street energy.
Johnny Appleseed Park
Home of the Johnny Appleseed Festival each fall — heritage, community, and the kind of local tradition we built this taproom for.
